Everything was great quality and exactly as pictured. The only thing is the quality of the xylophone, the wood pieces on the ends popped up within the first day. You can put them back on but just annoying that it broke that easily

I love the quality, assortment and price of the product, but was extremely disappointed in how it was shipped. The product comes in a gift-like box, but the shipper did not put it in a bag or box to protect it and just slapped the shipping label on the face of the box, destroying the appearance of the gift box. Also the delivery person left it in the snow on my front porch, adding more destruction to the box, now water damaged. This is a Christmas gift for my granddaughter and the box is destroyed because of the careless way this product was handled. Truly disappointing!!!
