The playpen arrived with a broken side. In addition, to return I tried to unlock it and found out that it is hard to unlock.

I needed this in a pinch and had it delivered to the hotel we were staying at while on vacation. Easy to set up and very sturdy. We did need to buy a mattress for extra padding. It gets 4 stars because of the need to have a padded mattress. Otherwise a great pack n play!

Great quality!We bought one in 2021 for our then infant. Due to growth spurts, and consistent use; we needed to upgrade. We came back to this brand, and got a taller one. The first one lasted 2 years!!!!!! Well worth the money. Great brand, and super easy to use.*purchase a “Mattress” for pack and plays.It will make life so much easier for travel/ staying somewhere over night.Both mattress, and Unit are very easy to clean.
