Great customer service.
I acquired one recently, especially for the area of my plants. It was working perfectly; I love how big it is and that it lasts a long time without having to refill water constantly. But it stopped working all of a sudden, so I contacted customer service. I spoke with Nico, a specialist, who gave me some steps to see if it would turn on again, but nothing worked. In the end, they decided to send me a replacement, which I loved because I really like this humidifier. The water capacity doesn’t make any noise, and the light show is nice.

Very effective 3.5 L quiet humidifier….
This humidifier is fabulous and very quiet so it can’t be heard while sleeping. The big tank holds quite a bit of water so I don’t have to fill it every single day. Living in a dry climate can make the sinuses dry out so moisture is needed to help keep them refreshed and hydrated. This runs all night long with no issues whatsoever. It sits perfectly on a desk at the other end of the bed and helps with a good night’s sleep. Very easy to use, nothing fancy about it but works like a charm. Price is excellent. Highly recommended.

Works great and quiet
This humidifier is awesome. Large water container so no constant refilling. It’s very quiet and produces a good mist. Added bonus is it allows you to use essential oils as well. My only complaint is they put a large unattractive water level sticker right on the front but I’m scraping it off. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars

Great value
Works as described, and very easy to use. Noise level is pretty low while on and generally not very noticeable even in a quiet room or overnight. The color changing light feature can be turned on or off separately from the humidifier. Output can be changed using a dial and seems to last for about a day on lower settings before the reservoir needs to be refilled. I would definitely buy again.

My kids love the nightlight feature the humidifier worked great. 4 months after I got it. I had a small issue amozn sent me to manufacturer I talked to Nico and he was awesome I would definitely purchase this item again.

Works, but…
Let me start out by saying the customer service is great. The unit I received worked-ish. I contacted customer service and they sent me out a new one immediately.Pros:The noise level is non-existent. It’s so quiet you have no idea it’s on.The lights are cool,, if that’s your thing. It’s not mine, so I never use the feature.So far it has not leaked. I don’t really see how it could, as the base is all one piece. The lid comes off for refilling and cleaning.The size is good for a bedroom.Its easy to clean.Cons:If you overfill it, it will not work properly. The max fill line is hard to see.The first one I got barely had any mist coming out of it and it basically just went straight down.The drawback of the base being all one piece is that you have to bring water to it or carry the base to a water source.Overall I would recommend this if you have a close and high enough spot near your your bed (if that’s where you’re using it).

El humidificador cumple muy bien con su función. Es fácil de rellenar a diferencia de otros que en ocasiones se hace vacío en la tapa y se vuelve difícil abrir. El tanque es de buen tamaño y a buen precio por su capacidad. Cuando se enciende la luz led se ve bien, lo único que podría pedir sería que se pudiera seleccionar el color y la intensidad de la luz.
