This can is perfect for the bathroom. The lid covers up your trash. Nobody really wants to look at it. The can uses 3 or 4 gallon size bags. Not too big to dominate the room but noticeable. Easy to open and close with the push of the button (dot on lid). Fits in small places and looks elegant for a waste can. It is sturdy and will last a long time. It appears to be well made yet light weight. My family can change the bag! Miracles do happen. I was hesitant at first but I am glad I purchased it.

Bought this trash can in May, and it broke already. It makes a loud noise and the door doesn’t open or close. For the time it worked, i loved it, but it definitely did not last. Based on that i do not think it is worth the value. Great concept, but did not function for long. Perfect size too, such a bummer

Compact size and easy to change the bag inside. Comes with an extra latch assembly, but the latch is easy to open with 1 finger, so it shouldn’t break unless abused by “smashing” the button.Helps to keep the mice out from under the kitchen sink, which used to be party central for them!

Plastic hinges broke after 8 months of CAREFUL gentle daily use
Perfect trash can for right next to my toilet. My house has old pipes, so even toilet paper has to go in the trash can rather than down the toilet. This allows me to keep the area by the toilet discreet and odor free.UPDATE: i bought this in August 2025 and in April 2026 the lid broke. I only ever gently tapped it, but the hinges are PLASTIC, not metal, and therefore they break after time, rendering the lid USELESS, for which I have deducted TWO stars. Great short-term, but not long-term solution. I downgraded my review to 3 stars because I expected more than 8 months of usage out of a toilet-side trash can and didn’t expect to have to replace it after only 8 months.I use the T.Foring 6 gallon unscented 300 count bags in this; the outer shell pushes down the outside edge of the bag, and by using 6 gallon bags I still have 3 gallons worth inside and there is no skirt from the bag showing at the bottom of the cover. This combination makes this trash can an absolute perfect win.
